What We Can Achieve

  • Add to the general discourse 

  • Gather together folks ready to vote 3rd party

  • Provide unbiased voter information on independent candidates: Who's Running 

  • Form a voter-based group to 'lobby' disparate 3 party political groups (Green Party, Libertarian Party, ...) to voluntarily support a single 3rd party ticket for 2024

  • Become a voters' union(?) that is voter-based, non-partisan, transparently funded, non-Super PAC, no foreign influence. Like the League of Women Voters, but with a ballot line. 

What Is versus What Could Be

The odds of either party spontaneously self-correcting are zero. Our odds are better than zero, however, if we challenge the 2 party system.   

THE REALITY OF TODAY

Disenchanted Voters + Divided 3rd Party

If we do nothing, it's politics as usual. One of the deeply unpopular candidates wins and the American public loses. All the major news outlets show graphics that portray the race as red versus blue. Such graphics account for the electoral math but obscures how deeply unpopular both candidates are. And they further reinforce the myth that  'a vote for a 3rd party is a wasted vote'. 

We need to change the narrative and add a new color to that old graphic.

WHAT'S POSSIBILE

Empowered Voters + Consolidated 3rd Party

In the 6 battleground states totaling to 87 electoral votes, 73 are currently polling as toss-ups. While the  AbandonBiden24.com  campaign has vowed to deny Biden the battleground electoral votes, the NeverTrump.org has pledged the same against Trump. Both groups now see a vote for either candidate as objectionable. Meanwhile, the 3rd party candidates are not under any pressure to unite and also lack a proper platform for making a case to these voters. 

So the tasks become:

  • persuade these disparate groups of their common cause 

  • provide a platform for independent candidates to reach battleground voters

  • change the conversation from 'red versus blue' to 'what's best for our democracy'
